  • Signed H.J. There is a plaque on the frame saying that the painting is by Carlo Christoffer Hornung-Jensen (1882-1960). Educated at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen 1904-05 and at Acad. Colarossi in Paris 1906 and École nat. des beaux arts 1906-07. Exhibitions since 1907. Well-known and well-listed landscape artist.

  • Elegant rame is in very good condition, some minor signs of age.
